This Privacy Policy explains how RippleIT LLC ("we") collects and uses your information when you use GPTExpress (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account: your email address, and optional profile details (name, country, city, phone) you choose to provide.
• Usage: the models and tools you use, token counts, and costs, to calculate billing and show your history.
• Content: the prompts, files, and messages you submit, in order to provide responses.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and amounts, but never your full card details.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service, process payments and credits, provide support, send you transactional emails (such as sign‑in codes and receipts), and improve reliability and security.

3. Third‑party processors

• OpenAI — processes your prompts to generate AI responses.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app, which removes your profile and associated records. Backups are purged within 30 days.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, contact us at the address below.

6. Security

We use industry‑standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and tokenized payments. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
