1. The Service

GPTExpress provides access to third‑party artificial‑intelligence models for chat, image generation, audio transcription, and voice interaction, on a pay‑as‑you‑use basis.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your email address and a one‑time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Credits & payments

The Service operates on prepaid credits. $1 equals 1 credit. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Credits are consumed based on the cost of each request. Prices and rates may change with notice.

4. Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non‑refundable.
